指南与常见问题
来自 AIDA64 官方常见问题与用户手册的快速解答与排错步骤。完整列表请访问 Support FAQ.
Activation fails with EXE installer
AIDA64 stores the license in pkey.txt. If you don't run as administrator, it can't create the file.
Fix: Run AIDA64 with administrator rights, or use the portable ZIP package and run from a folder where you have write access.
Stuttering or freezing with Corsair iCUE
Corsair may not allow third-party software to access their hardware at the same time as iCUE. This can cause conflicts.
Fix: In AIDA64 go to File → Preferences → Stability and disable Corsair Hydro Platinum sensor support and/or Corsair Link sensor support. You can re-enable when Corsair supports concurrent access.
Start AIDA64 automatically with a delay
You want AIDA64 to start after login but after a few minutes (e.g. to avoid slowing boot).
Steps: Enable Load AIDA64 at Windows startup in Preferences → General. Export the AutoStart task from Task Scheduler, then import it as a new task. In the new task, set a trigger with “Delay task for” (e.g. 5 minutes). Disable the original AutoStart in AIDA64 so only the delayed task runs.
Does AIDA64 collect location data?
No. AIDA64 does not collect or use your location. It may query Wi‑Fi SSIDs for network info; on Windows this can trigger the system location service log even though AIDA64 does not request location. This is a Windows behavior, not data collection by AIDA64.
Remote connection "Error 10061: Connection refused"
Remote features require AIDA64 running on both the local and remote PC. It doesn’t need to be installed; it can be run from a network share.
Fix: On the remote PC, start AIDA64 (e.g. from logon script) with /ACCEPTBG /SAFE /SILENT. The /ACCEPTBG option enables “Accept Incoming Remote Connections” so the local PC can connect. Ensure firewall allows the connection.
Sensor values wrong (e.g. Aux temperature, reversed temps)
There is no standard for sensor chip register layout. Some boards use different mappings, so “Aux” or other labels may be wrong or unused.
Fix: Report your AIDA64 version and motherboard model (and paste the full Sensor page) on the AIDA64 Forum under Hardware Monitoring so the team can improve support.
CPU Diode vs CPU temperature
“CPU” is usually the temperature around the CPU socket (motherboard). “CPU Diode” is the temperature of the CPU core(s) from the chip’s internal sensor. For overclocking and throttling, core/diode is what matters.
Safe temperatures (CPU, GPU, disk)
CPUs: best under ~70°C; many can go to 80–90°C before throttling. Motherboards: typically fine under 50°C. GPUs: can reach 100–110°C with driver protection. Hard drives: best under 50°C; data integrity not guaranteed above 60°C. When in doubt, check the manufacturer’s specs for your exact model.
AIDA64 locks up at "Scanning PCI devices"
Some systems have PCI devices that cause the scan to hang.
Fix: In the AIDA64 folder create AIDA64.INI with:
[Generic]
LowLevelPCI=0
Run AIDA64 completely hidden (e.g. for remote audit)
/SILENT hides the system tray icon and notifications. /ACCEPTBG runs AIDA64 in the background and waits for incoming remote connections. Use both for a silent, remote-only setup. Full list: Help → Command-line Options or the User Manual.
Antivirus reports AIDA64 as suspicious
FinalWire scans all distributed files; they are free of malware and adware. False positives happen because AIDA64 uses low-level drivers and system access. Remove the old copy, download the latest from the official site, and update your antivirus. If it still flags, add an exclusion or report the false positive to the antivirus vendor.
Difference between Extreme, Engineer, Business and Network Audit
Extreme: Home and enthusiasts; full diagnostics, benchmarks, SensorPanel; no network audit or remote. Engineer: Per-engineer license; all Extreme features plus command-line, CSV/XML/SQL reporting, ACPI/DRAM tools; no remote/audit. Business: Full suite including network audit, remote control, remote monitoring, SQL, change tracking; for companies. Network Audit: Focused on automated inventory and change tracking; no benchmarks or remote control. See our Compare page or the official comparison table.
How to interpret CPU benchmark scores
AIDA64 CPU benchmarks measure integer and floating-point performance. Higher numbers mean faster processing. Compare your scores to similar CPUs online or run before/after overclock to see gains. Run multiple passes; first run may be lower due to thermal throttling until the system warms up.
What is the System Stability Test?
A stress test that loads CPU, memory, disk, and optionally GPU to check if the system remains stable under full load. Run it for at least 30 minutes to an hour when validating overclocks or troubleshooting crashes. Watch temperatures; if they exceed safe limits, stop and improve cooling.
Can I run AIDA64 from a USB drive?
Yes. Use the portable ZIP package: extract to the USB drive and run aida64.exe from there. No installation required. Useful for techs who need to diagnose multiple PCs or run audits from a single portable copy.
Why do sensor names differ from other software?
Sensor chips do not follow a single standard. Different programs may label the same register as "Aux", "System", or "Temp3". AIDA64 uses a database of known board layouts; if your board is new or uncommon, labels may be wrong. Report to the forum with your motherboard model and Sensor page output.
How to create a SensorPanel
Open File → Preferences → SensorPanel. Add elements (gauges, graphs, text) and link them to sensor items from the list. Arrange on the canvas and choose size/position. You can display the panel on the desktop or on supported external LCD/VFD devices. See the SensorPanel guide on aida64.com.
What report formats are available?
Extreme and Engineer: plain text, HTML, MHTML. Business and Network Audit add CSV, XML, INI, MIF, and direct SQL database output. Use Report → Quick Report or the command line for automated reporting. Choose the format that fits your workflow (e.g. CSV for spreadsheets, SQL for central DB).
Logon script delay on Windows 8.1 / 10 / 11
From Windows 8.1 onward, logon scripts run with a 5-minute delay by default. If you need AIDA64 to run immediately at logon (e.g. for audit), disable the delay via Group Policy: Computer Configuration → Administrative Templates → System → Group Policy → Configure logon script delay.
SQL insert fails during network audit
Check the .ADO file in the report folder for error details. Often it is due to outdated MDAC (Microsoft Data Access Components) on the client. Update MDAC or use CSV/XML output and import separately if SQL is not required on every machine.
Does AIDA64 support RAID SMART?
SMART for RAID member drives is supported for certain controllers (e.g. Intel, LSI, 3ware, Areca). It is disabled by default. Enable in File → Preferences → Stability → RAID SMART support. Not all RAID controllers expose SMART to the OS.
How to change CSV delimiter
AIDA64 uses comma as the CSV delimiter and does not offer an option to change it. If you need a different delimiter (e.g. semicolon for some locales), post-process the CSV file or use XML/other format and convert with a script.
GPGPU benchmark: CPU faster than iGPU?
On some APUs (e.g. Intel Haswell), the CPU can outperform the integrated GPU in AIDA64's GPGPU benchmark because the CPU code is highly optimized (AVX2, FMA). For discrete GPUs, the GPU will typically lead. This is expected and documented.
SMART on external USB drives
Not all USB enclosures support SMART. AIDA64 supports many that do. If another tool (e.g. HD Sentinel) can read SMART on your enclosure but AIDA64 cannot, report the enclosure model on the forum for possible support.
DMI information wrong or generic
DMI/SMBIOS data is filled by the motherboard or system manufacturer. If it is wrong or "To Be Filled By O.E.M.", that is a vendor issue; all software reading DMI will show the same. AIDA64 cannot correct manufacturer data.
Adjusting Intel CPU temperature (TJMax)
Intel core temperatures are relative to TJMax. You can adjust TJMax in File → Preferences → Hardware Monitoring to align readings with other software if desired. AIDA64 uses Intel's published values by default.
What is MCP temperature?
MCP (Media and Communications Processor) is part of some NVIDIA chipsets. It is designed to run hot; 80–90°C is normal. No need to worry if other temps are fine.
Kernel driver update (v7.60+)
AIDA64 v7.60 introduced an updated kernel driver developed with Microsoft for better security and stability. Users are advised to update to v7.60 or later and optionally update the driver manually if prompted. See the news section on the official site for details.
Network audit: /SAFE and /SAFEST
If some PCs lock up or BSOD during audit, use /SAFE to disable some low-level features, or /SAFEST to disable all. This reduces compatibility issues on sensitive or unusual hardware.
Where to find firmware version of drives
Optical and SCSI drive firmware: Storage → ASPI. ATA/SATA drive firmware: Storage → ATA. This is useful when checking if a drive needs a firmware update.
Removing debug info from reports
In File → Preferences → Report you can enable or disable debug information, report header, and report footer. Use this to shorten or simplify reports for sharing or documentation.
Custom variables (Business / Network Audit)
You can read registry values, text files, INI files, or environment variables and include them in reports. Configure in File → Preferences → Custom Variables. Useful for adding custom asset or config data to audits.
Which Office product keys can AIDA64 detect?
AIDA64 can detect product keys for Office XP, 2003, 2007, 2010, and 2013. It does not detect keys for Office 97 or 2000. Newer Office versions may use different activation; check the report for available license information.
