Can I upgrade from Extreme to Business? Yes. You purchase the Business license and use it instead. Extreme does not "upgrade" in-place; Business is a separate product with its own installer.
Is there a free version? All Windows editions have a 30-day trial. Extreme trial is built-in; for Business or Network Audit you request a test license from the vendor. Mobile apps are free with in-app options.
How many PCs can I use Business on? AIDA64 Business is licensed per seat (per PC or per user, depending on the license type you buy). Check the official licensing page for current terms.
Does Engineer support network audit? No. Engineer has command-line and reporting but no automated network-wide audit. For that you need Network Audit or Business.
